Birmingham and Manchester: where new talent lands

What to expect at your first amapiano night

Unlike faster raves, amapiano builds slowly. The music sits around 112 to 118 BPM and the room feels communal rather than frantic. Whistles, shakers, group dance steps and a hype MC are all normal. Dress codes lean smart and stylish, so leave the scruffy trainers at home.
