Free Standard listings

Standard listings for acts — DJs, bands, singers and live performers — are free forever. No card required, no trial countdown. Upgrade to Lifted or Enhanced anytime for more reach. The first 10 founding members get the Enhanced package free for life; the next 25 get Enhanced free for 3 months.

Billing — paid tiers

Lifted and Enhanced are billed monthly in GBP — Lifted £12 or Enhanced £25 — charged automatically until cancelled. Each paid tier includes a 1-month free trial. Event packages (Sponsored, Featured Night) and per-gig boosts (Bronze £8, Silver £20) are one-off payments tied to a specific event date or gig.

Fair use — act-posted gigs

Lifted acts can post 2 gigs per month and Enhanced acts 6 gigs per month into the public event feed. Anything beyond your monthly quota is queued for review or can be promoted individually with a per-gig boost (Bronze £8 for 7 days, Silver £20 for 30 days). If a paid event is already listed at the same venue on the same night, please ask the promoter to add you to the lineup instead of posting a duplicate gig.

Payment processing

All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. A receipt is emailed for every charge.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal on your account page. Your listing stays live until the end of the current billing period, after which it is unpublished and no further charges are taken.

Refunds

Monthly and yearly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current period, but you will not be charged again after cancelling. Event package fees are refundable up to 7 days before the event date if the listing has not yet been promoted. Contact us for any refund request.

Price changes

We will give at least 30 days notice by email before any change to subscription pricing. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Content & moderation

Listings must follow our content guidelines. Pulse Listings may remove any listing that is misleading, unlawful or violates our terms; in that case the remainder of a monthly subscription period is refunded pro-rata.

What does each act tier include?

• Standard (Free) — searchable public profile so promoters can find and book you. Bio, photo, music sample, reviews and direct enquiries. Open to all acts: DJs, bands, singers and live performers.
• Lifted (£12/mo) — everything in Standard, plus the ability to post up to 2 of your own gigs per month into the event feed, boosted ranking in search, and a highlighted badge. Need more in one month? Add a per-gig boost from £8.
• Enhanced (£25/mo) — everything in Lifted, plus up to 6 of your own gigs per month, top priority in event listings, and a Featured Acts spot on the homepage.

What does each venue boost tier include?

• Gold (£15/mo or £150/yr) — pinned to the top of city and nearby venue listings with a gold star and gold outline. Stays boosted as long as the subscription is active. Cancel anytime; boost runs to the end of the paid period.
• Silver (£20 one-off) — silver outline highlight, ranked above standard results for 30 days from purchase. No renewal.
• Bronze (£8 one-off) — bronze outline accent and entry-level lift in search for 7 days from purchase. Great for a weekend push.

How long does my listing stay boosted?

Gold runs for the duration of your subscription (monthly or yearly). Silver runs for 30 days from the time of payment. Bronze runs for 7 days from the time of payment. End dates are shown on your boost history page.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Gold subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account — your boost stays live until the end of the current period. Silver and Bronze one-offs are refundable within 7 daysof purchase via your boost history page; after that the boost runs to its fixed end date.

What happens when a boost ends?

Your venue stays listed for free in search — only the highlight, ranking lift and tier badge are removed. You can boost again anytime from the boost venue page.

Can I upgrade or stack tiers?

Only one tier applies per venue at a time. Buying a higher tier replaces the current one; the highest active tier wins. We do not pro-rate downgrades on one-off tiers.
